How EAS Connects Data to Improve Its Prefabrication Process

Environmental Air Systems (EAS), a 500–1000 employee specialty contractor based in High Point, NC, needed a better way to share project data across design and construction teams. As EAS grew its end-to-end MEP modular business, interoperability problems between Autodesk Revit and its construction management platform, Procore, created clunky workflows, delays, rework, and missed opportunities.

To solve this, EAS implemented Autodesk Construction Cloud’s BIM 360 to connect model data, streamline communication, and give stakeholders real-time access to documentation, RFIs, and updates. Autodesk Construction Cloud helped EAS get up and running in about a month, improve collaboration across the fabrication process, reduce rework and overtime, and track productivity in real time to better control cost, schedule, and quality.
