Alkondor, a Netherlands-based specialty contractor that engineers and produces façades, windows, and doors for complex commercial projects, needed to replace manual, paper-heavy construction management processes that were causing version-control issues, miscommunication, and rework. Working with Autodesk Construction Cloud, specifically BIM 360, the company sought a more reliable way to manage documents, track changes, and reduce project risk.

Autodesk Construction Cloud implemented BIM 360 to centralize document management, quality checks, issue tracking, and asset management across Alkondor’s projects. The solution helped the team search for documents faster, maintain clear audit trails, and capture data for Power BI dashboards, while improving visibility from factory to handover. Alkondor has used BIM 360 on 197 projects, documented 13,810 issues, created 17,500 checklists and 10,500 assets, and says the documented quality evidence can save between 10,000 and 100,000 euros per project.
