A Autodesk Construction Cloud Case Study
Movares, a Dutch engineering consultancy focused on infrastructure, needed a more standardized way to manage project information as the company grew and its teams expanded beyond rail into other engineering work. To keep critical railway projects operational and ensure access to accurate, up-to-date data, Movares adopted Autodesk Construction Cloud, initially using BIM 360 and then transitioning to Autodesk Build to better align with government cybersecurity requirements and ISO 19650 standards.
With Autodesk Build, Movares established a single source of truth and a standardized workflow for publishing, sharing, and storing project information across its projects. Autodesk Construction Cloud helped the team support remote work during the pandemic, with user licenses tripling in two months, and improved onboarding by making it easier for new team members to find what they needed in the common data environment. The company now uses Autodesk Build for all new building projects and plans to automate more processes in the future.
