A Autodesk Construction Cloud Case Study
Copenhagen’s Metro, operated by Metroselskabet I/S in Denmark, is expanding its underground network while managing highly fragmented construction processes. The team relied on printed 2D drawings and Excel spreadsheets, which made collaboration difficult, slowed workflows, and increased the risk of human error. To address these challenges, Metro chose Autodesk Construction Cloud, specifically Autodesk Build, to help standardize and digitalize its construction operations.
Autodesk Construction Cloud is being rolled out phase by phase on the M4 expansion project to support document management, project management, and field collaboration. The solution is expected to improve transparency with project partners, streamline repetitive workflows, and reduce risk and manual effort. Over time, Metro plans to use Autodesk Build as a common data environment across new projects, supporting better communication, future asset management, and more efficient maintenance planning.
