Collaborating Across the Supply Chain in Finland to Deliver Agile and Reliable Outcomes

Suomen Aluerakennuttaja (SARA), a Finnish specialist in assisted living and nursing home projects, needed a better way to collaborate with a fragmented construction supply chain and manage project data that had previously been handled through spreadsheets, local drives, and physical folders. Autodesk Construction Cloud helped SARA and Arttuasunnot unify project data, work from the latest revisions in real time, and improve coordination across design, construction, and asset management using tools such as Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, and Autodesk Build. The result was faster project startup, clearer roles and responsibilities, better record-keeping, reduced miscommunication, and less information loss. Autodesk Construction Cloud also made markups and bidding more efficient, helping the teams manage costs and stay competitive as material prices rose.
