BL Harbert International Adopts Autodesk Construction Cloud to Drive Consistency Across Projects

BL Harbert International, a large general contractor with more than 5,000 employees, wanted a better way to connect project teams and reduce the silos and inconsistency created by its earlier field-first technology approach. As projects grew more complex, the company needed stronger coordination, clearer communication, and more consistent information management across design, field, and handover workflows.

To address this, BL Harbert International expanded its use of Autodesk Construction Cloud, adopting Autodesk BIM Collaborate and Autodesk Build alongside BIM 360 and PlanGrid. Autodesk Construction Cloud helped the team improve clash detection, manage RFIs, submittals, issues, and meetings in one connected environment, and increase accountability and transparency across projects. The result was fewer coordination problems, less rework, better schedule and cost control, and more consistent delivery of higher-quality projects.
