Autodesk and REDAS Sign MOU to Support Digitisation of Singapore’s Real Estate Supply Chain

REDAS, the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore, was looking to strengthen the digital readiness of its members and improve collaboration across Singapore’s real estate supply chain, which is still burdened by complex projects, paper-based workflows, and uneven access to timely information. Autodesk Construction Cloud was brought in as the vendor to help address these construction and digital transformation challenges, alongside REDAS’s Developer-Centric Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) efforts.

Autodesk Construction Cloud is supporting an enhancement to REDAS’s IDD Dashboard, enabling members to view project data and documents from multiple platforms in one place through APIs, including information housed in Autodesk Construction Cloud. Autodesk is also working with REDAS to explore learning programs and certifications aligned to ISO 19650, helping build digital competencies across the sector. The result is improved collaboration, productivity, and readiness for future growth, though the case study does not provide specific quantitative performance gains.
