M Moser uses Autodesk BIM 360 Glue for integrated project delivery

M Moser Associates, a global interior architecture and workplace design firm, faced a tight, donor-funded expansion for the New York chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association that required integrated project delivery (IPD), clear stakeholder alignment, and strict budget accountability. To bring 3D modeling and real-time collaboration to the process, M Moser used Autodesk BIM 360 Glue (part of Autodesk BIM 360) together with Autodesk Navisworks Manage to centralize project information and improve transparency.

By hosting merged laser-scan point clouds and new fit-out models in the cloud with Autodesk BIM 360 Glue and using Navisworks for review, M Moser made 3D models accessible to the whole team (including via iPad), reduced design conflicts early, and kept work moving during disruptions like Hurricane Sandy. Autodesk BIM 360’s solution helped contain costs—producing an estimated US$185,000 in savings—and delivered the Alzheimer’s Association project on schedule and within budget.
