KBE Building Corporation, a Northeastern U.S. design‑build and general contracting firm founded in 1959 (more than 120 staff and roughly $300M in annual volume), set out to eliminate the common pain points of construction—cost overruns, schedule delays, and poor communication—by delivering a “Disney” or “wow” customer experience. To create end‑to‑end transparency and real‑time collaboration, KBE turned to Autodesk BIM 360, using BIM 360 Docs and BIM 360 Field as a single source of truth for plans, RFIs, photos and field data.

By implementing Autodesk BIM 360, KBE centralized document and field management with standardized project templates, mobile punch‑list and RFI workflows, and cloud access to photos and reports.
