To meet this challenge McCarthy partnered with Autodesk BIM 360, using BIM 360 Design alongside Navisworks and Point Layout to drive a project-wide BIM execution plan and connect dispersed design and trade teams.

Using Autodesk BIM 360 tools, McCarthy onboarded 15 team members into a collaborative cloud workflow, ran 3D trade coordination with Navisworks, and employed Point Layout for model‑based concrete placement—producing 87,810 tons (43,363 cubic yards) of detailed concrete models and saving eight man‑hours per day through digital layout.
