How Lexco Is Using Construction Data to Bring Next-Generation Healthcare to the Caribbean

Lexco, a leading construction management firm in the Caribbean and Central America, faced the challenge of delivering the Nueva Ciudad Sanitaria Dr. Luis Eduardo Aybar — a 12‑building, 1.6 million sq. ft. next‑generation hospital that must meet WHO, AIA, JCI, ADA and LEED‑level standards.
