Dura Vermeer, a family‑owned Dutch construction and engineering firm, faced fragmented project information, inconsistent ways of working across regions and partners, and rising failure costs that threatened project margins and win rates. To digitize workflows and reduce these risks, Dura Vermeer signed an Enterprise Business Agreement with Autodesk and adopted Autodesk BIM 360 and its construction project management apps across the organization.

Working with Autodesk BIM 360, Dura Vermeer implemented a BIM Execution Plan, hosted BIM 360 collaboration environment, standardized Revit templates and IFC workflows, and used BIM 360 Design, Glue, and Field alongside training, key‑user governance, and enterprise integration. The Autodesk BIM 360–led program cut design rework and failure costs, delivering roughly 5% savings per project and contributing to a projected company margin uplift of 3% or more by 2020, while improving information consistency and cross‑team coordination.
