How DAMAC Properties Achieved 70% Time-Savings Through BIM In Construction

DAMAC Properties, a UAE-based luxury developer, needed to standardize BIM across design, construction and facility management to reduce errors, improve cost control, and upskill regional contractors. To do this they partnered with Autodesk BIM 360 and used Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360 Docs and Autodesk BIM 360 Design to create a common-data environment and a company-wide BIM roadmap and training program.

Autodesk BIM 360 supported a phased implementation—strategy, CDE selection and extensive internal and external training—enabling DAMAC to eliminate human error in estimating and budgeting, achieve over 70% time savings on pilot projects, and expand BIM to ten additional projects; ongoing support from Autodesk BIM 360’s Customer Success and Sales teams helped sustain adoption and measurable efficiency gains.
