GOLDBECK sets the benchmark when it comes to its BIM solutions and cloud services

GOLDBECK GmbH, a Germany-based builder and manager of commercial, industrial and public projects with ~3,300 employees across 29 sites, faced the challenge of coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams across regions while avoiding information losses, design clashes and schedule/cost overruns. To standardize workflows and improve collaboration they adopted Autodesk BIM 360 solutions—notably Autodesk BIM 360 Glue for cloud model coordination—alongside Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP) for BIM authoring.

Using Autodesk BIM 360 Glue, GOLDBECK moved model integration, clash detection, mark‑ups and CPU‑intensive rendering to the cloud, enabling real‑time access from offices, sites and mobile devices. The Autodesk BIM 360 deployment cut information handoffs, improved communication and project control (supporting a EUR 19M, ~13,000 m² office/warehouse project), let the firm render every project in the cloud instead of only a few, and accelerated issue resolution through instant updates and online feedback.
