Driving Quality and Improving Communication; Vrolijk Prepares for New Regulations in the Netherlands

Vrolijk, a Breda-based general contractor expanding into distribution centres and housing, needed to standardise collaboration and information flow as it grew and prepared for new Dutch building-quality regulations. To create a single source of truth and reduce project risk, Vrolijk adopted Autodesk BIM 360 and subsequently migrated projects to Autodesk Build and BIM Collaborate Pro within the Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Working with Autodesk BIM 360 (and its successors Autodesk Build and BIM Collaborate Pro) and partner NTI CAD & Company, Vrolijk centralised document management, issue tracking, clash detection and quality workflows. The solution delivered time‑stamped models, ISO 19650‑compliant document naming, faster clash detection with subcontractors, fewer on‑site mistakes and measurable time savings in pre‑construction coordination, improving communication and positioning Vrolijk to meet upcoming regulations.
