Alpha King, an international real estate developer based in Ho Chi Minh City, turned to Autodesk BIM 360 (including Autodesk BIM 360 Docs alongside Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks from the AEC Collection) after recognizing that their existing process of sending mark-ups via email left them without reliable version history or mobile access to drawings. Alpha King implemented Autodesk BIM 360 Docs as a common data environment and lifecycle asset management tool, enabling easy roll-out, iPad field markups, RFIs, automatic change alerts and reuse of data for inspections and future operations. Autodesk BIM 360 helped streamline collaboration—saving an estimated 15% of effort on communication and coordination—and the company plans further adoption (including BIM 360 Field) to extend quality control and operational use.
