Case Study: Space Group achieves real-time cloud collaboration and accelerated BIM workflows with Autodesk BIM 360 Glue

Cloud-based collaboration solution set to help move BIM processes to the next level

Space Group, an established architecture practice pushing BIM beyond traditional design roles, needed a way to move toward BIM Level 3 by improving multi‑discipline coordination, reducing communication delays and making model data accessible to non‑technical clients. To meet that challenge it turned to Autodesk BIM 360, deploying cloud collaboration tools including Autodesk BIM 360 Glue alongside its Autodesk Revit and Navisworks workflows.

Autodesk BIM 360 Glue was implemented (Space Group purchased 20 licences) to provide cloud‑based model management, clash detection and real‑time collaboration across the project team. The Autodesk BIM 360 solution compressed what had been a two‑week coordination cycle into near real‑time interactions, accelerated project timescales, made design reviews more accessible to clients and helped Space Group progress its move toward next‑generation BIM workflows.
