Brusnika Reduces Design Coordination Time by 95% using BIM 360 Document Management

Brusnika, a Russian residential developer founded in Tyumen, faced growing inefficiencies from an outdated, inconsistent storage and reporting system as it scaled across multiple cities. To create a common data environment and improve collaboration, the company selected Autodesk BIM 360 — using BIM 360 Document Management — to standardize project data, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Autodesk BIM 360 was implemented as the company’s CDE, integrated with internal IT systems and rolled out in phases with folder standards, naming conventions, and targeted training (supported by the Autodesk Account and Construction Customer Success team) for 25 project managers and local BIM managers in five cities. The deployment across 36 projects in under 10 months cut design coordination time by 95% (from 15–25 minutes to 1–5 minutes), reduced information loss, enabled faster scaling and new offices, and supported improved business stability.
