Autodesk BIM 360 Glue accelerates team collaboration on Mountain House High

Nichols, Melburg & Rossetto Architects (NMR) was hired to design Mountain House High School, a 2,200‑student facility, and faced an aggressive timeline—completing schematic design through DSA approval in one year to meet the district’s schedule. To accelerate design and improve stakeholder visualization, NMR used Autodesk Building Design Suite and adopted cloud collaboration with Autodesk BIM 360 Glue to streamline reviews and coordination between design and construction teams.

Turner Construction continued the BIM workflow in the field using Autodesk BIM 360 Glue, giving architects, contractors, and subcontractors real‑time access to a live 3D model via desktops and iPads. The result: the team coordinated the entire 21,000 sq ft multiuse building in six hours (versus about 10,000 sq ft per meeting previously), sped up RFI turnaround (formerly a week), and reduced contractor‑response effort by up to 20%. Phase one is roughly 50% complete and progressing on schedule and within budget, demonstrating Autodesk BIM 360 Glue’s impact on faster decisions and improved project outcomes.
