With Autodesk BIM 360 and the Autodesk Construction Cloud suite, Arcadis formed a 25+ person global task force to build standardized folder structures (high/medium/low sensitivity), multilingual templates, pilot projects, and hands‑on training with Autodesk consultants. The rollout reduced the number of applications by 10%, sped project kickoffs by 20%, and has onboarded 8,500+ users across 980 projects since Aug 2022 (with a target of 19,000 by Dec 2024), delivering faster issue resolution, better cross‑project insights, improved quality and schedule performance, and greater client transparency.
