Bushard’s Pharmacy, a family-owned business, needed to become more web-first as online orders increased during COVID-19. Luke Jamison, the one-man technical team, was challenged with scaling shipping operations and replacing a manual package-tracking process. He turned to Autocode to help manage the growing complexity of the pharmacy’s online storefront and back-end logistics.

Using Autocode, Luke connected the pharmacy’s point-of-sale tracking system with Trello to automatically update outbound package status cards, including map-based location updates, whenever shipments changed. He also used Autocode to centralize customer details in Airtable for easier reference. The result was a more reliable shipping workflow, better customer tracking, and a stronger technical foundation for Bushard’s Pharmacy’s continued growth.
