Greenlight Cars, a Kent-based taxi operator, needed a more up-to-date and efficient dispatch system after using the same outdated platform for five years with little to no software updates. They turned to Autocab and its Ghost dispatch system to improve reliability, reduce administrative workload, and support a more modern way of running the business.

Autocab implemented Ghost along with the Booking App and regular updates, plus hands-on support and training from rep Chris Akinbile. The results were immediate and measurable: Greenlight Cars cut invoicing time by around one and a half days per week, gained useful new features such as driver texting during comms failure, and benefited from ongoing improvements, stronger support, and better overall efficiency.
