Skyex Minicabs, a London-based private hire firm, needed a booking and dispatch system that could support growth beyond the limits of their basic radio setup. After trying other systems with restrictions, they turned to Autocab for a more scalable solution, including its booking and dispatch software and automated booking service.

Autocab helped Skyex double their fleet to over 400 vehicles and 450 drivers in three years, enabling more than 30,000 bookings per week and over 1.5 million bookings annually. Using IVR, around 15% of bookings are now automated, sometimes exceeding 5,000 jobs in busy weeks, and Skyex has also upgraded to Autocab’s Ghost software and booking app to support future growth.
