Community Choice Credit Union, a Michigan-based credit union with more than 80 years of history, wanted to strengthen its small business offering and better compete in a digital banking world. To fill the gap in its business product suite, the credit union partnered with Autobooks to add a digital business banking solution for small businesses.

Autobooks integrated with Community Choice Credit Union’s digital and core banking platforms to provide invoicing and payment tools, including credit card, debit card, ACH, and check lockbox acceptance. The rollout helped drive a 104% increase in Autobooks adoption over the past 12 months, supported $4.8 million in invoices sent by small businesses, increased deposits, and helped Community Choice win back members and attract new business accounts.
