LegalForce, a fast-growing LegalTech company, needed a better way to maintain quality as its product and feature set expanded. With no dedicated QA team at first, developers handled end-to-end testing themselves, but degradation bugs began slipping through and cross-browser checks on Chrome and IE were time-consuming. LegalForce turned to Autify NoCode Web to automate testing without the overhead of building and maintaining a complex coded test framework.

By implementing Autify, LegalForce was able to automate scenario and regression checks, organize test cases for both production and test environments, and let QA and developers collaborate more efficiently. The results were significant: degradation issues dropped from weekly to about once a month, communication costs for verification were reduced, and parallel execution cut test runs from 4–5 hours down to about 1 hour. Autify also helped LegalForce run 13 daily scenarios and 20 weekly scenarios, improving release confidence and overall productivity.
