Nulab, the BtoB SaaS company behind products like Backlog, Cacoo, and Typetalk, needed a better way to manage QA across multiple development teams and services. Their existing E2E testing process was too labor-intensive, often required coding knowledge, and became difficult to maintain consistently, making it hard to keep test specifications up to date.
