Gazon Communications, a Pune-based telecommunications provider with about 150 employees, contacted AuthSafe to protect its OSS/BSS web portals after a rising wave of account takeover attempts. Gazon’s customers and franchise partners experienced increasing failed logins, account lockouts and a growing backlog of password-reset requests; prior mitigations such as Cloudflare and a web application firewall proved insufficient against the volume and sophistication of the attacks.

AuthSafe deployed its Account Takeover Solution to detect and block unauthenticated and automated login attempts across Gazon’s portals, restoring secure access for legitimate users. As a result, AuthSafe stopped ongoing account takeover activity, reduced failed-login events and password-reset requests, lowered the support team’s ticket backlog, and mitigated fraud risks such as unauthorized recharges and chargebacks.
