JetPrivilege SSO Makes For A Seamless Travel Experience

JetPrivilege, the joint-venture loyalty program for Jet Airways and Etihad, needed a secure, seamless single sign-on experience that would let millions of members move between JetPrivilege, airline and partner sites without repeated logins. The program also had to protect valuable rewards points, integrate with a legacy CRM not designed for SSO, meet strict privacy/geography requirements, and launch quickly to support the new business.

After a competitive evaluation JetPrivilege selected Auth0, which acted as both Identity Provider and Service Provider and integrated with the legacy CRM via custom database connections. Auth0’s developer-friendly platform (SAML/OIDC support, SDKs, Rules and an on‑prem appliance) was deployed in weeks to months, delivering web-scale, high‑availability multi‑partner SSO, simplified partner integration, and a path to social profile enrichment and improved analytics.
