How WABI is Modernizing E-Commerce in Latin America and Beyond

WABI is a Latin American e-commerce ecosystem that brings neighborhood stores to consumers’ phones, with products like the Wabi marketplace and Wabipay digital wallet across 11 countries. Growing digital properties had developed siloed authentication systems, producing a fragmented user experience and raising security and scalability concerns for a small, distributed development team.

WABI adopted Auth0—moving from the developer plan to enterprise and working closely with Auth0 support to integrate with legacy systems—to unify identity and access across its apps. The implementation added email and Sign in with Apple logins, enabled tens of thousands of users to sign up more easily, and set the team up for Single Sign-On and secure, scalable expansion into new markets.
