How NTUC Enterprise Built a Single Customer View for Their Brands

NTUC Enterprise is a Singaporean group of 10 social enterprises serving over two million customers, supported by NE Digital to drive its digital transformation. As customers held separate accounts across services like FairPrice, First Campus and NTUC Health, the group lacked a single customer view and a seamless UX, while needing to comply with Singapore’s PDPA on personal data storage.

NE Digital built a unified identity platform on Auth0, using automatic, user-by-user migration (starting with 1.2M FairPrice users) and Auth0 Private Cloud to meet privacy rules; the FairPrice go‑live took two months. The solution sped up support (average ticket resolution fell from four days to one), reduced development and operational costs (avoiding a five–six person in‑house team and over $500k/year), and simplified integration via SDKs, with plans to roll Auth0 out to all customers.
