Sendoso, the Sending Platform™, helps revenue teams engage customers with personalized gifts, swag, eGifts and virtual experiences integrated into existing marketing stacks. As Sendoso moved upmarket, enterprise prospects began requiring Single Sign-On (SSO) and multi‑factor authentication (MFA), but the company's homebuilt username/password system couldn't meet those demands and would have taken roughly a year of engineering work to build.
In 2019 Sendoso implemented Auth0 to add MFA, SSO, social logins (Google, LinkedIn) and Brute Force Protection. The result: more enterprise deals closed, improved detection and blocking of anomalous login attempts, a customer‑approved authentication experience, and engineering savings equivalent to about 10 engineers for a year—freeing the team to launch features like Address Confirmation.
