Catena Media is a global online lead-generation company in iGaming and financial services with nearly 400 employees, more than 5 million monthly users and a web presence across 5,000+ domains. Rapid growth through acquisitions left the company juggling many disparate login systems, creating security, compliance and scalability challenges for onboarding, offboarding and managing remote teams and freelancers.

Catena implemented Auth0 (integrated with G Suite SSO) in about two weeks to centralize authentication and permissions on a single screen. The result: instant, centralized access control that reduced permission changes to seconds, simplified offboarding, scaled with the business (from a few dozen to 250+ internal users) and is being extended to CMS logins for freelancers—freeing teams to focus on core priorities.
