Acast integrated Auth0, quickly migrated its user database, and added social logins and MFA. The change boosted user conversion, eliminated ongoing identity maintenance (freeing the equivalent of about eight people), enabled expansion into indie and smaller customers, and delivered stronger security and compliance as the company scales.
