Textron returned to Austin Visuals 3D Animation Studio to create a 3D explainer video for its internal TSV ISC Problem Solving App. The challenge was to visually communicate the abstract software's technical functionality, such as issue tracking and automated escalation, in a clear and relatable way for a broad internal audience across multiple departments, all while maintaining brand consistency and creating a loopable video for public display.

Austin Visuals developed a mixed-media solution combining 3D stylized motion graphics, 2D animation, and stock video elements. The resulting video successfully showcased the app as an effective, user-friendly tool, providing a clear and engaging breakdown of its functionality. Delivered on time and on budget, the animation is now used by Textron to support internal training, promote app adoption, and reinforce its message of continuous improvement.
