The UK health and wellness retailer Holland & Barrett faced a challenge in protecting its team members and preventing retail crime. This led to a 14% quarter-on-quarter reduction in retail crime events and, most importantly, 4 out of 5 team members reported feeling safer at work. Auror enabled the identification of over 1,000 repeat offenders and provided the digital evidence needed for multiple arrests and convictions.
