Leading Furniture Retailing Company, a high-end "Made in the USA" furniture retailer, needed to combine offline and online sales processes and migrate a large product and customer dataset into CRM while integrating their SAP ERP. Auro CRM was engaged to implement a CRM and ecommerce integration using SuiteCRM (community SugarCRM), Magento–SAP synchronization, and data migration to give sales reps a unified, one-step solution for order management and customer retention.

Auro CRM implemented a customized SuiteCRM solution with APIs for product and customer add/update, synchronized products, orders, customers and quotes, and linked Magento with SAP for end-to-end order tracking. The integration delivered real-time synchronization, separated online/offline sales channels, streamlined business processes, automated order handling, and led to increased orders and sales and improved ROI for the customer.
