The Port of Portland, one of the West Coast’s largest export ports, needed to replace a patchwork of manual and disconnected tools used for capital budgeting, scheduling, document storage, and project management. With more than $1 billion in capital programs over a five-year cycle and about 1,000 users to support, the Port sought a single cloud-based solution to better manage planning, financial data, and project information; it selected Aurigo Masterworks after evaluating eight vendors.

Aurigo implemented Masterworks in an 18-month phased rollout with agile, modular deployments, enterprise licensing, and onsite training for Port staff. Aurigo’s solution will replace the Port’s legacy systems, eliminate manual Excel-based processes, and improve efficiency and accuracy across project delivery.
