Leading Healthcare Medical Center needed a better way to evaluate and test new features for syringe and large volume infusion pumps, while also collecting end-user feedback and supporting FDA-related code coverage requirements. Auriga provided an infusion system simulator as a development and evaluation platform to address these challenges.

Auriga built a fully functional, Qt-based simulation system with an MVC architecture that mirrored the original pump display and simulated the hardware layer, including timers, file system, motor, and events. The solution enabled real-time supervision of GUI and system behavior, on-the-fly feature testing, and portable builds across major OS platforms, helping significantly cut development costs and reduce time-to-market while achieving ~100% code coverage.
