Embedded OSes and Development Tools Company - Customer Case Study

Auriga worked with an Embedded OSes and Development Tools Company, a leader in embedded operating systems and development tools, to create an embedded Linux RTOS distribution for both small consumer devices and large multi-CPU systems. The customer needed a scalable real-time platform with broad processor support, including PowerPC, ARM, XScale, x86, and SuperH.

Auriga developed, tested, documented, productized, and maintained the full solution, including POSIX threading, signals and timers, system tools, device drivers, BSPs, kernel components, communication protocols, and related interfaces. The first version won the Electron d'Or Award for best embedded software product of the year, and Auriga has continued sustaining engineering since 1999.
