International Express Delivery Provider engaged Auriga to address the challenge of testing a high-load, scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant Big Data solution used for shipment cost calculation. The project involved validating a complex logistics system with broad application logic and multiple integrated components.

Auriga developed an automated test suite covering integrated services, applications, and database stored procedures, including regression, integration, and load testing. Auriga also built a night-run scheduler for automated test execution, automated 100 test scripts, and identified previously undetected critical defects. The solution helped achieve a test coverage of about 40K test cases and reduced the product testing and release process by 5x.
