Eu-based Manufacturing Company worked with Auriga to address the challenge of automating biopsy plate mapping for scanning digital microscopes. The goal was to improve turnaround time, reduce laboratory workload and errors, and support better patient care.

Auriga developed an automated mapping tool using Intel OpenVINO, Caffe2, OpenCV, and React, with features such as automated image capture, tissue location, autonomous scanning, and focus map generation. The solution maps 85% of plates automatically, improves scanning accuracy for earlier diagnostics and treatment, and significantly reduces time and effort for lab technicians by limiting manual work to rejected plates.
