Working with Aurea, it aimed to reach potential students with relevant training offers while staying fully compliant with GDPR and better aligning outreach with individual interests.

Aurea implemented an integrated direct marketing process combining Aurea CRM with Universal Messenger. Contacts are selected in CRM, transferred via a custom interface, personalized into email newsletters, and returned to CRM with response data for future use. The solution supports TÜV NORD Akademie’s existing newsletter audience of over 4,000 readers and helps the organization reach students more effectively with tailored communications.
