TRAC Rehabilitació, a Barcelona-based building restoration company that has restored more than 1,500 buildings, faced rapid growth and rising complexity across simultaneous restoration projects. The company needed stricter project monitoring, cost control and end-to-end traceability to manage long pre-construction phases, subcontracting, materials and tight margins. To address this, TRAC Rehabilitació worked with Auren on options and selected AuraQuantic, deploying the AuraQuantic iBPMS platform.

AuraQuantic implemented an iBPMS solution covering commercial intake, production (work certifications, subcontracting, cost and margin control), HR, administration and ERP integrations, plus a unified document archive. As a result, TRAC Rehabilitació gained centralized, real-time visibility and complete traceability of all projects, enabling a small team to manage high information volumes more efficiently, faster decision-making, on-the-fly process changes and web access from any location.
