Solidarity and Social Investment Fund (FOSIS) adopts a process management approach with AuraQuantic

FOSIS (Solidarity and Social Investment Fund), a Chilean government agency responsible for reducing poverty and social vulnerability, lacked a process-based management approach, suffering from poor visibility, data silos, interdepartmental communication issues, delays, and citizen dissatisfaction. To address these challenges it selected AuraQuantic and its Business Process Management Suite (BPMS) to standardize processes, improve governance and enable digital transformation across its national and regional offices.

AuraQuantic deployed its BPMS platform with support, consultancy and e-learning training, helping FOSIS implement document management, a Citizen Attention System (SIAC), supplier registry and contract management, plus internal support workflows. The result was faster, more transparent services and measurable gains: 100% reduction in paper use for automated processes, 80–90% digitalization of processes on AuraQuantic, a 50% reduction in document completion/approval time and a 25% increase in the volume of requests handled.
