SISA — Seguros e Inversiones, S.A., a leading insurance company in El Salvador, faced fragmented workflows and slow customer-service times from using separate systems for policy issuance and claims. To automate tasks, reduce waiting times, decentralize operations and eliminate manual data re-entry, SISA selected the AuraQuantic Low Code Applications Platform (LCAP) to digitize processes and improve service for customers and intermediaries.

AuraQuantic enabled SISA to migrate and consolidate portals and workflows (intermediaries, garages, hospitals/labs) and implement helpdesk/claims, commissions, quotations and policy issuance processes. The migration took two months, consolidating 17 processes into three applications and cutting policy issuance from over a day to about two minutes, while integrating with core systems to reduce manual input, enable automated notifications and simplify reporting.
