SERNAGEOMIN establishes a new administrative culture with AuraQuantic

SERNAGEOMIN, Chile’s National Geology and Mining Service, faced a largely paper-based administrative culture with manual document routing, slow approvals across regions, and no real-time traceability. To modernize its Mining Subdirectorate and digitize accident investigations, project evaluations and other workflows, SERNAGEOMIN selected the AuraQuantic platform as its BPM and document management solution.

Using AuraQuantic, seven departments now run 16 active processes (with more planned), making accident investigations 100% digital and centralizing document libraries and reporting.
