Q-Safety by Quirónprevención (Q-Safety) is a Spanish health-and-safety services provider for the construction sector with over 150 staff and 3,000 clients. Facing manual, error-prone workflows that delayed contracting, invoicing and document control, Q-Safety evaluated and selected the AuraQuantic BPM platform to digitize and standardize its operations after an initial 2017 product presentation.

Using AuraQuantic, Q-Safety automated more than 400 business processes (around 300 already live), implemented three macro-processes—offer & budget management, service delivery & control, and invoicing—built 10 internal portals and 2 supplier portals, and integrated connectors to SAP, Salesforce and OHS. The AuraQuantic implementation delivered real-time, in‑field digital records, faster invoicing and reduced management times and errors, boosting team productivity, improving client communication and tightening supervision of on-site activity.
