Pret Communique, a leading AT&T distributor in Mexico with more than 100 points of sale, faced growth constraints because many critical processes were manual or run from basic Office tools and their internal development team could not keep pace with rapid market and regulatory changes. To meet AT&T’s control and performance standards and gain operational flexibility, Pret Communique selected AuraQuantic’s iBPMS and zero-code process automation platform to systematize and modernize its operations.

AuraQuantic implemented the solution in about two months using SCRUM, integrating via web services and automating Authorization Management, employee onboarding/re-entry, offboarding, data updates and the Sales Movement/headcount process. The deployment reduced required human resources by 75%, cut new‑employee onboarding from 4 hours to 20 minutes (a 92% reduction in process times), achieved 100% data protection risk management, and enabled process changes to be made and tested in roughly a week.
