A AuraQuantic Case Study
Nissan, the global automotive group, faced slow workflows and heavy IT overhead from its previous designated-user licensing software, which required time‑consuming license management, contract renewals and external approvals, and lacked tools for non‑developers. After evaluating options, Nissan selected the AuraQuantic digital transformation platform to meet its need for a flexible, quick-to-implement solution.
AuraQuantic implemented a concurrent‑licensed platform to automate two key processes—work allocation across Nissan’s divisions and document management for Nissan Europe (Nissan Manufacturing UK and Nissan R&D UK). The deployment cut license costs by moving to concurrent licensing (paying only for base usage rather than per named user), consolidated process automation on a single platform, and enabled further process rollouts and governance planning with AuraQuantic.
