Case Study: Herencia del Mueble (HDM) achieves end-to-end process automation and digital transformation with AuraQuantic

HDM, a digitization leader in the furniture and wood industry

Herencia del Mueble (HDM) is a Costa Rican custom furniture designer and manufacturer with more than 20 years in the market and growing operations across Latin America. Faced with expansion and increasing business volume, HDM needed to move away from non-digital, non-collaborative work methods and build an automated organizational management system. After an internal process mapping exercise, HDM selected the AuraQuantic platform (with local partner Global Professional Group) to digitize and automate its end-to-end processes.

AuraQuantic was used to model workflows, assign tasks via notifications, and integrate with HDM’s ERP and other applications. The first of five core modules—the furnishing project quotation process—has been implemented, delivering automated task routing, clearer responsibilities and improved collaboration; remaining modules for planning, production, installation and closing are underway. AuraQuantic’s integration and customization capabilities also enable future enhancements (cost-calculation tables, QR-based traceability and inventory optimization), and HDM is even considering offering the adapted solution to other companies.
